About WHB Real Estate WHB Real Estate was first opened in early 1994 by Cosmo Ficara who has been active in the Real Estate market in this area for over 20 years. He is the past President of The Eastern Suffolk Board of Realtors, a member of The Long Island Board of Realtors, a member and a past Director of the New York State Association of Realtors and member of The National Association of Realtors, as well as a participating member of The Multiple Listing Service of Long Island. He has been involved in all aspects of the real estate business including sales, rentals, land, commercial & valuation of real property. He has been called on from time to time to offer expert testimony as to the effect of property values in the Westhampton Area. WHB (Westhampton Beach) Real Estate started in The Westhampton Movie Theatre building as a four-desk office. When The Performing Arts Center bought the property WHB Real Estate relocated across the street to 77-D Main Street and expanded to 6 desks. In 2000 expansion was again necessary and we were able to double our space at the same location to allow 11 desks, and in 2001 it was necessary to expand another 50% to allow for 17 desks. We offer one of the most current and updated Web Sites at www.whbrealestate.com where all of our exclusive listings can be previewed. In addition to our web page we advertise weekly in The Southampton Press, as well as Dan's Papers, On The Go East End Magazine, Homes & Land Magazine and Hamptons Real Estate Bluebook. We have developed our own network of Real Estate Agencies from Moriches to Southampton totaling over 65 agencies. With the owners’ authorization these 65+ offices will have access to our newly exclusively listed properties usually within 48 hours. The office is now made up of some 20 Licensed Sales Associates or Associate Brokers each of whom have the complete strength of WHB Real Estate as a whole while still bringing with them and adding their own independent strengths.
